A First Home. A Few Surprises. A Happy New Chapter.
Sold | Represented Buyer
With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, 3,456 square feet, and a pool, 230 Harvey Trail in Fate offered my first-time buyers space to grow and a place to make their own.
But before they could settle in, we had a few things to work through.
The survey raised a concern about the pool’s location in relation to a building line. For someone buying their first home, that’s a lot to take in. My priority was to get answers and help them understand what was happening without feeling like they had to figure it out alone.
I contacted the city to obtain documentation confirming that the pool had city approval and that its location in relation to the building line was not a concern. I provided that documentation to the lender to help resolve their questions so we could move forward.
Along the way, I also helped navigate roof and chimney repairs and stayed on top of lender paperwork to keep everything moving toward closing.
There were questions to answer and details to chase, but that’s part of being in my clients’ corner.
They ultimately purchased the home with an appraised value that came in $20,000 above their purchase price. And this spacious home in Fate became theirs.
Helping people find a home that fits their lives is what being a real estate matchmaker is all about—and that includes helping them through the unexpected moments between finding the home and getting the keys.
I was proud to be part of their story. I’d love to help you start yours.
